Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of the data associated with your {brand} account, including data obtained via Facebook Login.

1) Request by email

Email info@misalvatandas.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion” and include your full name. We will confirm and provide a timeline.

2) Request within the platform

If your profile includes the “Delete account” option, you can start the process from your settings. We will send a confirmation email and proceed with deletion.

What is deleted?

• Account data (name, email, profile photo, phone if applicable).
• Data obtained via Facebook Login (ID, name, email, basic profile photo).
• Your activity content (requests, bids, messages), except where we must retain data by law.

What may be temporarily retained?

• Records necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
• Backups for a limited period (deleted in scheduled cycles).

Timeline

We handle requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days) and will notify you when completed.

Revoke access from Facebook

You can also revoke the app’s access from your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Under “Permissions” or “Apps and websites”, locate the {brand} app.
3. Remove access.
